Selby Residence

​This home is located in the Indian Canyons neighborhood of Palm Springs. The owners of this home were looking to make a dramatic statement for the façade of their home and provide a grand entry.  The original 1980’s Spanish style was not compatible with their modern aesthetic.  We worked with them to replace the tile roof with standing seam metal, remove the spanish style pergola and add entry walls with a grand portico.  This new layout provides for a front seating area to take advantage of the spectacular mountain views.
