McManamon Residence

​This condo located in Rose Garden, Palm Springs, was designed by Donald Wexler.  The owner wanted a complete remodel that would open up the kitchen to the living area.  We added a contemporary fireplace clad in honed gray sandstone. 

We worked with the owner to select appropriate materials & finishes, any assembled with Ikea cabinets for a modern look at an affordable price point.  The entire unit received upgraded plumbing, electrical and HVAC.  Both bedrooms and bathrooms were renovated to improve access.
