Lankton Residence

​This home located in the historic Smoke Tree Ranch, Palm Springs, was a california ranch-style home originally built in 1939.  The owner wanted to add square footage to accommodate a large extended family and improved functionality in the existing house.

We worked with the owner to add 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a separate living/dining area. For the existing home, we created a new chef’s kitchen, a bar area and combined several early modifications into a large great room.  Interior finishes and fixtures by the owner and Christopher Kennedy.
